You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to create an account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on ind666. Age and identity verification is mandatory for all members.
All financial transactions are processed through verified Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and approved e-wallets. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and bonus wagering completion where applicable.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonuses are awarded in good faith and may be forfeited if terms are breached, including via multiple accounts or fraudulent activity.
Each player is permitted one account only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ind666 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated software, chargebacks, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ind666 is licensed and regulated internationally. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration as outlined in the Dispute Resolution clause below.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
Age Restriction: The Services are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
By registering an account and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
ind666 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied. Deposits made by ineligible Players may be returned, less any administrative costs incurred by ind666.
Each Player is permitted to hold a single Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds therein. If you inadvertently open a duplicate Account, you must notify ind666 customer support immediately.
During registration you are required to provide complete, accurate, and current personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ind666 will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, notify us immediately via the contact details at the end of these Terms.
All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Transactions are processed in IDR. ind666 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency without prior written agreement.
ind666 is committed to operating in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification before making a withdrawal or, in certain cases, before their Account may be fully activated.
ind666 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of payment method, source-of-funds documentation for large transactions, or enhanced due-diligence documents for high-value Players. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.
Standard KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of document submission during normal business days. Complex verification cases may take up to five (5) business days. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is approved will be held in a pending state and released upon successful verification.

Payment methods available to a specific Player may vary depending on their location, account status, and verification level. ind666 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. These limits may differ by payment method and Account tier. ind666 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion. High-volume Players may contact customer support to discuss elevated transaction limits subject to enhanced verification.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the funds are confirmed as received by ind666. In the vast majority of cases this occurs within minutes of transfer. ind666 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.
Withdrawal requests are processed by ind666 within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet withdrawals are generally processed faster. ind666 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
In line with anti-money-laundering best practice, withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. ind666 may request additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different payment method.
ind666 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ind666's control.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ind666 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Account Balances to cover maintenance costs. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an Account Balance below zero.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ind666 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times in total before a withdrawal can be requested against those funds.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published alongside each promotion. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain game categories may be entirely excluded. Bets placed on excluded games while Bonus Funds are active may be voided.
ind666 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematically exploiting promotion structures. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may be permanently closed.
ind666 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has partially satisfied wagering requirements, ind666 will use reasonable commercial efforts to honour accrued progress on a pro-rata basis.
All sports bets, including football markets such as mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) and Asian handicap lines offered on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other competitions, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ind666 does not retrospectively alter accepted bet odds except in cases of obvious technical error.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game. Game outcomes are final once a round is completed. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time. All decisions made by the live dealer during a game round are final. Video footage of all live dealer sessions is retained for a minimum of ninety (90) days for dispute resolution purposes. If a live stream disconnects mid-round, the round outcome stands as determined by the dealing result recorded at the server level.
ind666 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where: (a) a manifest technical error caused incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed; (b) a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not meet the settlement criteria; or (c) evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns is identified. In all void cases the staked amount is returned in full.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ind666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any other use of Platform content without prior written consent from ind666 is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ind666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits ind666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ind666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the ind666 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ind666 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
ind666 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Players who believe their gambling is becoming harmful are encouraged to use these tools immediately and to review the dedicated Responsible Gaming page. All responsible gaming tools are accessible at any time through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.
ind666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (c) a self-exclusion request has been received; (d) a regulatory obligation requires us to do so; or (e) the Player has not completed KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, ind666 may forfeit all Balances and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where the Account is closed at the Player's own request or for regulatory compliance reasons, legitimate funds will be returned subject to standard verification procedures.
In the event of a dispute relating to a game result, bet settlement, bonus, or any other aspect of your use of the Platform, you should contact ind666 customer support in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a complete written complaint. If you are not satisfied with ind666's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our international licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation body are available from customer support upon request. You agree that you will not initiate legal proceedings without first completing this internal dispute resolution process.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ind666 holds its primary international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the dispute resolution process described in Clause 14 above.
ind666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Clause 13.1.
